Colomiers rugby and Guillaume Tartas have signed a contract extension. The left pillar is now linked to the club at La Colombe until June 2025.
It’s a great reward. Guillaume Tartas has signed a contract extension. The left pillar, whose contract expired at the end of this season, will therefore be Columérin until June 2025. The player trained at Aviron Bayonnais is thus continuing an adventure he began in 2017. He only played his first matches in 2018 (12/10 against Béziers) before gradually gaining momentum in the Columérin squad.
So much so that this season, he comes to compete with Hugo Djehi and Thomas Dubois in terms of playing time. Fond of the closed scrum sector, Guillaume Tartas also knows how to defend, he proved it again against Biarritz last Friday. A match in which he was widely used in the field.
With this extension, Colomiers rugby is moving forward in building its team for next year. As a reminder, the club had already obtained the extensions of captain Anthony Coletta, Aldric Lescure (third line), Valentin Saurs (winger) and Fabien Perrin (center). In the rookie section, recruitment manager Yann Kergourlay and Julien Sarraute’s staff recorded the arrivals of Brett Herron (opener, Biarritz), Michael Simutoga (right winger, Bourgoin-Jallieu), Martin Dulon (winger, Carcassonne) and Vincent Pinto (winger, Pau).
