Transfer News, Juventus Ready to Release Ronaldo IDR 1.05 Trillion

KOMPAS.com – Juventus reportedly ready to release the most expensive player, Cristiano Ronaldo.

According to the Sport report, Juventus will release Ronaldo if there is a team that can pay 60 million euros or the equivalent of Rp. 1.05 trillion.

Juventus are now reportedly no longer considering Ronaldo as a “special” player who must be defended at all costs.

This cannot be separated from Juventus’ failure in the Champions League since Ronaldo was brought in in the 2018-2019 season.

In the last two seasons, Juventus’ best achievement in the Champions League has only reached the quarter-finals.

This fact is certainly not in line with Juventus’ expectations when buying Ronaldo from Real Madrid for 105 million pounds, or the equivalent of Rp. 2.018 trillion.

Apart from the failure in the Champions League, there are two other factors that make Juventus reportedly ready to release Ronaldo.

First, Ronaldo’s salary at Juventus reaches £ 540,000 or the equivalent of Rp.10.381 billion per week.

This figure makes Juventus thought to start thinking about releasing Ronaldo to stabilize the balance sheet.

Juventus reportedly had no problem with only getting 60 million euros from the sale of Ronaldo.
