The 10th edition of the Transfair exhibition organized by the CCI Paris Ile-de-France announces its return on November 18, the start is launched at 9:15 a.m. This is the practical meeting for all people wishing to sell or take over a business and it’s free!
In Ile-de-France, nearly 132,000 companies with fewer than 50 employees are run by entrepreneurs aged 55 or over.
If entrepreneurs do not find successors, nearly 84,000 jobs risk disappearing.
Anticipating the transfer of the business is therefore a crucial issue for perpetuating know-how and jobs.
Building on the success of the 2023 edition which brought together more than 1000 people, the Salon Transfair is the essential moment for entrepreneurs who wish to sell or take over a business. The meeting and the valuable advice of accountants, notaries, auditors, lawyers and transmission advisors from the CCI and BpiFrance will be able to provide the necessary information to the participants. They will also be able to provide information on regulatory and legal developments in the market.
In order to best support the projects, different exchange formats will be possible and adapted to the needs of the participants. Workshops, masterclasses, training, networking and free consultations will be offered. To get a taste of this day, here are some themes that will be covered during the workshops: understanding the psychology of the seller, between concerns and opportunities, succeeding in your acquisition project, anticipation and solutions, drafting documents as a buyer.
The Transfair show is once again organized by the CCI Paris Ile-de-Francel’Order of Chartered Accountants of Paris Ile-de-France, the Notaries of Greater Paris, the regional company of auditors and the Paris Bar in partnership with Bpifrance and the MMA Foundation for Entrepreneurs of the Future.
