Supporting people who have a project to create or take over a business, such is the daily life of the Initiative Brenne platform, a member association of the Initiative France network. In addition to his usual tools, this association is this year the local relay of a reinforced and free support program proposed on an experimental basis by the Ministry of Labor and BPI France as part of the France recovery plan. A mission that it accomplishes in conjunction with the Chamber of Trades and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Free training
named In’cube, this program is more specifically aimed at people who have difficulty accessing employment, are beneficiaries of the disabled adult allowance or the RSA and at young people under 30 years of age. The latter will indeed be able to benefit froma bonus of 3000 euros if they go to the end of their project.
The training includes several mods to learn in small groups the basics of business management or even present your project to financiers. It also includes meetings and visits to companies that are members of the Brenne entrepreneurs’ club. One day time, trainees are invited to share the life of an entrepreneur.
“With the Covid, many people want to change paths and flourish in what they do, notes Cécile Gagnot, director of the Initiative Brenne platform. This program is especially for those who dare not. When you don’t have an example around you, you have the impression that creating a business is for others. However, as long as we have not dug an idea, we cannot know.”
54 places to be filled
