The Educational Services Funds are accounting accounts of educational establishments, created as a mechanism for budget management and execution of resources for the proper administration of their income and to meet their operating and investment expenses other than those of personnel.
In the middle of her speech, the District Education Secretary, Olga Acosta Amel, who addressed the academic community and SED officials present, highlighted the importance of this type of space with the support of the MEN.

The Secretary of District Education also referred to the importance, for the sake of transparency and suitability in the hiring processes, that this training has for the rectors of official educational institutions.
“If a rector or rector is clear about the laws, the mechanisms that must be taken into account for all the processes of contracting and management of the execution of the resources, they will be armored because many times the lack of technical knowledge does not allows the FSE to be managed correctly”, concluded Acosta.
The ESF, among others, are intended for small maintenance, materials and supplies, of all the processes that must be carried out and managed in schools by the rectors.
