Cindy said that the key to hand muscle strength is to first understand the development principles of children’s muscles. Basically, it starts from the proximal end. Cindy explained that the development of small muscles in children aged 0 to 6, that is, preschool children, is very important. Children under 6 months old usually focus on exploration.
