Trainee Marketing and Communication (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You will get to know the hospital system from the bottom up and work in all areas of the hospital during the three-month internship phase
• You will then rotate in six-month specialist assignments through various clinics throughout Germany and at the group headquarters, where you will work hand in hand with experienced marketers and communicators from the company
• You will be involved in the topics of strategic brand management, design and graphics
• Internal communication and corporate culture are just as much a part of your range of tasks as content creation and campaign management
• You will learn the basics of PR and public relations as well as marketing technologies
• You will manage projects independently in the above-mentioned topics and present their results to various committees

your profile

• You are highly motivated and have the willingness to develop yourself professionally and personally in a short time
• A degree in business administration with a focus on marketing or a comparable degree
• You bring initial practical experience with you, ideally in project management and/or in marketing and communication
• You were born to network, have a strong hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a team
• You are enthusiastic, creative and reliable
• Willingness to work in 4-6 locations across Germany within 24 months
