The Marriott Young Talent Days are organized as a training and further education measure for the development of personality and the ability to reflect for the apprentices in Austria.
What can the participants of the Marriott Young Talent Days expect?
This year the Talent Days were held in Vienna and Salzburg; in total 120 trainees came from the various Marriott International hotels to the Vienna Marriott Hotel and the Sheraton Grand Salzburg.
Learning, understanding and exchanging ideas in a playful way
A wide-ranging program awaited the participants with a lot of practical knowledge and interaction.
At the Lego Serious Play common visions, values and principles could be developed in order to make complexity visible and to understand it. New ideas were also encouraged, communication improved and problem solving accelerated.
At der Career Talk Session urgent questions could be asked of senior leaders and ideas could be exchanged.
