How do Night Owl fares work with train tickets from New York and Washington DC?
The proposal is for off-peak trains traveling only between Washington and New York, and departing between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m., counting on ultra-low fares for economy class tickets on Northeast Regional and other select routes, including stops in New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington, DC.
