GOES – Due to a collision on the track near Goes, there are currently no trains running between the Goes and Middelburg stations. Several emergency services have been called to the incident.
The collision took place around 10.50 am near Riemwagenweg. It is not yet known what exactly happened. In any case, train traffic has been completely halted due to the collision. Fire brigade, police and ambulance service have been called to provide assistance.
According to the Dutch Railways (NS), the additional travel time is more than 60 minutes and the disruption to train traffic is likely to last until approximately 2:15 p.m.
