Tragic Shooting in North Carolina: Four Police Officers Killed and Suspect Dead in Charlotte

Four police officers were killed yesterday in a shooting in the US state of North Carolina. They were looking for a man who had an illegal gun and were shot when they arrived at the house where he was. Four other officers were injured.

The officers were shot by the suspect as they approached the home in the city of Charlotte. They then shot him dead in the front yard. Then someone else shot from inside the house.
