Kochi: A 4th class student died after falling into the river near Paravur Thattukadav Bridge. Two children are missing. The search for them is continuing late at night. The children went missing near the Musris heritage boat jetty at small Pallanthuruth in North Paravur. These are children studying in classes 4 and 5.
The children who had come to stay at their relative’s house were going to the river in the afternoon. After the children did not return, the locals noticed the children’s bicycle and clothes by the river. During the subsequent search, the dead body of the fourth class student was found around 7.45 pm.
The search is on for others. Divers of the fire force are leading the search. The girl’s body was shifted to Paravur Taluk Hospital.
