A horrific murder occurred in Malaysia on the 28th of this month. A 32-year-old Thai woman was pushed directly from the 23rd floor by her 37-year-old Malaysian drug addict boyfriend. According to a report by Malaysia’s “China News”, the police pointed out that in an apartment in Selangor state on the evening of the 28th, some people witnessed a woman having an argument with a man. The woman was pushed directly from the 23rd floor by the man, causing the woman to He fell down and died tragically on the spot. The police said that after receiving the report at around 10 pm that night, they immediately rushed to the scene to investigate. The police pointed out that witnesses said they heard the deceased woman and the suspect arguing, and then saw the deceased being pushed from the 23rd floor of the apartment and falling to the swimming pool on the 7th floor to die. The police subsequently arrested the 37-year-old man and said that the suspect and the woman were in a relationship. However, the suspect had 7 criminal records and 1 drug record, and his urine test also tested positive for marijuana.
The report pointed out that the suspect has been transferred to justice this morning. The local police investigated the case invoking Article 302 (murder) of the Penal Code. Those found guilty may be sentenced to death, or imprisonment of not less than 30 years but not more than 40 years, and caning of not less than 12 strokes.
