In a shocking and surprising turn of events, KRÜ Esports has now confirmed that Valorant pro Santiago “Davids” Ruiz has passed away at the young age of 23.as an eSports teamon social mediaAs revealed, it was mentioned that Davis suffered a medical issue over the weekend from which he has not recovered.
KRÜ Esports’ statement (translated) reads: “It is with great sadness that we must inform you that @Daveeys21 passed away after suffering medical problems on Sunday.
“There was no way to calm this down, which surprised us all.
“Davids, Santee, is a fantastic player and top-notch teammate. With his trademark hard work and humility, he is proud to inspire and represent his country and region at the top of global Valorant. It is his dream , he saw it come true.
All of us at KRU are with their families and friends during this difficult time, and we ask the entire community to support them with their strength and love.
Daveeys most recently played for KRÜ Esports at the Valorant Champions 2023 event in Los Angeles in August.
