Freiburg (dpa / lsw) – A 20-year-old jumped into a lake in Freiburg and did not appear again. According to the police, the young man jumped from a pontoon bridge into the water on Thursday afternoon and went under. Despite an immediate search by passers-by and a rescue operation by DLRG, fire brigade and rescue service with boats and divers, the man could not be discovered. Rescue workers and the police assumed on Friday that the man had drowned.
