Darna The death toll from floods in Libya’s eastern city of Darna has risen to 11,300, the United Nations said. Another 10,100 people are still unaccounted for in the city. 170 people died elsewhere. Darna is facing acute drinking water problem. At least 55 children have been poisoned by drinking sewage, the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs said, citing figures from the Red Crescent.
