Abdul Brezault, a Canadian teenager on a family visit, drowned in the pool of a house in Long Island (NY).
The 18-year-old drowned in the backyard pool while visiting family over the weekend. Following a 911 call, Brezault was discovered unanswered in the water around 8:20 p.m. Sunday at a home on Lansdowne Lane, Dix Hills, the Suffolk County Police.
Brezault, a native of Canada, was rushed to Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Islip, where he was pronounced dead. He was in New York for a family reunion, according to police.
His death remains under investigation. It was not said who had called 911 to report the tragedy and the family declined to comment. At the moment there were no more details available, he reported Newsday
