“Tragic Discovery in Manhattan: Two Boys Found Dead in Separate Rivers”

Missing for a week, the two boys were found dead in two different rivers in Manhattan, New York, according to “CNN”.

Alfa Barrie, 11, and Garrett Warren, 13, were last seen in Harlem around May 12 or 13. According to the authorities, the two young people are friends.

The bodies of the two boys were recovered two days apart and from two different rivers, with just over two miles separating them, by the New York City Police Port Unit.

Garrett was found Thursday in the Harlem River, and two days later Alfa’s body was recovered from the Hudson. The first boy was reported missing on May 14 and the second the next day, police said.

The two young people attended different schools.

The investigation into the deaths of the two boys continues.
