A murder occurred in an apartment in Takarazuka City, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan on September 30. A 25-year-old woman was found lying down in her own home. It was confirmed that she was dead. A nearby resident found the woman lying in the garden of the apartment and immediately called the police. When the police arrived, she had no heartbeat.
