At the age of only 27, the actor Chance Perdomo, known among other things from the series Sabrina’s Scary Adventures and Gen V, died. He was fatally injured in a motorcycle accident that occurred late Friday night.
“It is with heavy hearts that we announce the untimely death of Chance Perdom following a motorcycle accident. His passion for art and insatiable desire for life was felt by all who knew him. His warmth will live on in those he loved most. We ask that his family’s wishes for privacy be respected as they mourn the loss of a beloved son and brother,” the actor’s representative said in a statement to Variety magazine, adding that the actor was the only person involved in the accident. No other circumstances of the accident were disclosed.
A number of colleagues have already commented on his death, including Patrick Schwarzenegger, with whom Chance starred in the series Gen V. “It hurts. Lots of. A young talented actor and a great friend gone too soon. It was a pleasure working with him on Gen V. RIP Chance,” Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son wrote on the X Network. In response to his words, one of his followers shared a picture from the show of Patrick and Chance’s characters hugging each other, to which Patrick responded : “Damn, this just made me cry.”
Other colleagues from other projects, producers of the Gen V series and representatives of Amazon MGM and others have also expressed similar views.
