Pirna/Dresden. The presiding judge at the Higher Regional Court, Markus Kadenbach, introduced the hearing as an interesting case and a tragic one at the same time. In a climbing accident in Saxon Switzerland in July six years ago, a woman fell and fell on a member of her climbing group in a crevice on the Mittlerer Torstein. Both were seriously injured. They were rescued with the help of the mountain rescue service and treated by two emergency doctors. A helicopter flew the two to hospitals in Pirna and Görlitz.
