At least 4 deaths and more than 30 injured caused an unfortunate accident at Km 10 of the Havana-Melena highway, when car 610 belonging to the National Bus Company, which was traveling from the Port of Batabanó to the Bus Terminal, overturned Nationals of the country’s capital.
The Yutong was carrying travelers from the Isle of Youth and up to the time of the accident it had 49 passengers on board. The injured, 22 of them in serious and careful condition, are treated at the Miguel Enríquez, Calixto García, Carlos J Finlay hospitals in Havana and a child at the Juan Manuel Márquez Pediatric Hospital.
