Serious road accident on the A7 this Saturday morning, reveals Le Dauphiné Libéré. An 11-year-old girl died in the crash. Nine people were injured.
The tragedy took place around 5 a.m. this Saturday morning, and involved three cars on the A7 motorway in the North-South direction, in the town of Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux.
35 firefighters are mobilized for this intervention.
Traffic was interrupted for a while. It has been reopened in both directions, but traffic remains very disrupted, with 10 km of traffic jams between Donzère and Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux.
The A7 is one of the busiest highways, especially during the summer holidays. In this return weekend, Bison Futé saw orange in the direction of departures and red for returns.
