Tragic Accident in Offenbach: Woman, 80, Fatally Hit by Truck While Crossing Street

Offenbach (dpa/lhe) – An 80-year-old woman with a walker was hit by a truck in Offenbach and killed. The truck had to stop on Friday afternoon because of slow traffic, the police said. The woman wanted to cross the street and was overlooked by the truck driver when he drove off. The 80-year-old was fatally injured in the collision. An expert was called in to clarify the cause of the accident.
