At least four construction workers were killed in a serious accident on a construction site in the German city of Hamburg on Monday morning. The scaffolding they were standing on has collapsed, a fire brigade spokesperson said. According to the fire brigade, the scaffolding was in an elevator shaft about eight floors high.
