According to Wales Online, the young men must have been on a camping trip. When they did not come home at the agreed time, the police were contacted.
The car, a Ford Fiesta, was found on its roof, partially underwater, reports Sky News. The bodies of the four men were found inside the vehicle, according to Police Inspector Llewelyn.
He informs that the families of the four men have been informed of the discovery. He says that “my thoughts are with them in this desperate situation”.
The search for the four teenagers has now ended. The investigation to find out what happened is ongoing. Work is also underway to formally identify the dead.
