Seven people were injured, including five children, in a road accident on Monday morning on DN 73, in the locality of Mihăeşti, Argeş, in the case of a 12-year-old girl who was later declared dead.
According to the Argeş County Police Inspectorate (IPJ), a car collided with a truck, and the road traffic on DN 73, between Piteşti and Câmpulung Muscel, was blocked following the accident.
“From the preliminary verifications, carried out by the police officers of the Câmpulung Road Bureau, it was established that a 33-year-old man from Dănicei, Vâlcea County, who was driving a road ensemble (TIR, consisting of a tractor and a cement semi-trailer), was traveling on the direction of Piteşti towards Câmpulung, in circumstances to be established following the investigations, collided with a car, driven in the opposite direction by a 45-year-old man from Câmpulung. overturned, resulting in the death of a 12-year-old girl, as well as the injury of the other occupants “, it is shown in a communiqué of IPJ Argeş.
According to the same source, the 45-year-old driver from Câmpulung, a 27-year-old woman from Valea Mare Pravăţ, a 6-month-old girl taken over by the medical crew in cardio-respiratory arrest, as well as three 2-year-old girls were injured. 6 and 8 years.
