Tragedy on the Portofino mountain. A 30-year-old died after falling tens of meters high during an excursion on the difficult path of the pipes, in the municipality of Camogli.
According to what has been learned, the man slipped and fell into a cliff, the rescue machine was immediately activated, but unfortunately there was nothing they could do. The mountain rescue men, the firefighters with the Drago helicopter ready for an emergency transfer to the hospital and the carabinieri of Santa Margherita Ligure intervened.
The accident occurred in the Passo del Bacio area, rescue efforts were difficult in an inaccessible area, and resuscitation attempts by medical personnel were useless.
