One person died at a concert by pop star Taylor Swift in Rio de Janeiro last night, probably as a result of the extreme heat in the city. Student Ana Clara Benevides (23) collapsed during the show while standing at the front of the audience. It turned out that she had suffered a cardiac arrest and was resuscitated among the audience, after which she was able to breathe again for about 40 minutes.
However, on the way to the hospital she suffered a second cardiac arrest. She did not survive, Brazilian media report.
