Tragedy in the Brescia train station: one person died after being hit by a train. The firefighters and the railway police of Brescia intervened on site, and according to initial reconstructions it would be an extreme gesture.

Traffic on the Milan-Venice line, as stated on the Trenitalia website, was slowed down for checks and resumed normally at 4.55pm.
