THE HAGUE – The roads to Scheveningen on Saturday were full of cars trying in vain to reach the seaside resort, which led to tensions in the tropical heat. According to Deputy Mayor Hilbert Bredemeijer in The Hague, “several incidents have occurred between heated motorists and traffic controllers. That is unacceptable. ” The councilor says people came by car, but “without common sense.”
