After a day with a violent storm, it is considerably calmer in Lofoten on Thursday morning. But the aftermath of the storm is still many.
As far as traffic is concerned, the E10 between the Hattnes Tunnel and the junction to Fiskebøl is closed. It is due to a landslide that happened late on Thursday evening.
– Detour via Fv 7638 Midnattsolveien. The bypass road is not recommended for larger vehicles, the Veitrafikksentralen reports. It is unknown when the road will be reopened.
E10 in Kilan in Flakstad is closed after a rock slide on Wednesday afternoon. There are no detours here. The geologists will make an assessment at nine o’clock today.

County road 816 to Henningsvær is closed due to storms. It has been stated by VTS that the road is expected to open at 8 am.
County road 773 to Sennesvik closed due to a landslide near Finstad. A new assessment will be made here on Thursday morning.

Reisnordland.no reports that all bus traffic in Lofoten is suspended until 12 o’clock.
As for the ferry traffic, the ferry that was supposed to go from Moskenes to Bodø at seven o’clock was cancelled.
The fast boat that was supposed to leave Svolvær at six o’clock was cancelled.
