Restricted circulation. The INFOTRAFFIC Center of the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police has announced that traffic will be hampered on the A1 Motorway in the direction of Pitesti towards Bucharest. Works will be carried out between kilometers 99+700 meters – 101+300 meters.
Restricted traffic on the Bucharest-Pitesti Highway. The INFOTRAFFIC Center of the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police informs that today, in the time interval 09.30 – 15.00, traffic will be hindered on the A1 Motorway in the direction of Pitesti towards Bucharest.
Sand collection work will be carried out in the median area. Traffic on the second lane between kilometers 99+700 meters – 101+300 meters will be restricted.
Drivers are advised to drive with increased caution in this area and to increase the distance between vehicles. The police also recommend them to signal before changing the traffic lane, making sure before performing the maneuver, according to politics.
Restricted traffic on the A1 Sibiu-Deva highway
The INFOTRAFFIC Center informs that today, at 09:30, until September 7, at 17:00, and on the A1 Highway in the direction of Sibiu towards Deva, traffic is restricted on the first lane and on the emergency lane. Roadway repair work is being done.
Between September 6 and 9, also on DN 7 Râmnicu Vâlcea – Sibiu, on the kilometer section 241+600 meters – 241+700 meters, near the town of Lazaret, works are being carried out on the expansion joints of the bridge over the Lotrioara river. Road traffic will be carried out in one lane, alternatively, through traffic lights.

Also on DN 7, between kilometers 215+200 meters – km 215+600 meters, within the radius of the Călinești locality, Vâlcea county, a parapet is being installed today between 08:00 and 16:00. Motorists are advised to drive carefully and reduce speed in the signalized work zone.
Traffic restrictions on the Grant Bridge
The Road Brigade announces traffic restrictions on the Grant Bridge in the Capital as well. Traffic will be closed on the ramp up the Grant Bridge, from Calea Giulești to Str. Turda until the work is completed. The traffic lanes of the main road on the Grant Bridge, respectively the traffic lanes on Calea Giulești, will not be affected.
“Police officers ask drivers to drive with caution, to keep a sufficient distance to be able to brake safely, to respect the meaning of temporary road signs and the signals of road agents”, the Road Brigade also states.
