The traffic police of the Minsk region revealed almost 1.5 thousand violations over the weekend, reported in the UGAI ATC of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee.

Last weekend, two road accidents were registered in the Minsk region, as a result of which one person died. In addition, 57 facts of road accidents without victims were registered, as a result of which cars were damaged.

In just two days, road guards detected 1,471 violations by road users. 20 drunk drivers and 45 lawless people were detained. Another 109 drivers violated the speed limit.

Also, 280 pedestrians were brought to administrative responsibility. 77 of them were in a state of intoxication, another 97 did not identify themselves with retroreflective elements.
