3. Uzeyir Hajibeyli Street, from Javanshir Bridge to the intersection with Azadlig Avenue;
4. 28 May Street, from the intersection with Pushkin Street to the intersection with Rashid Behbudov Street;
5. “20 January” circle;
6. Binagadi highway, in the direction of “Azadlig Prospekt” metro station;
7. Yusif Safarov Street, in the direction of Heydar Aliyev Avenue;
8. Koroglu Rahimov Street, in the direction of Heydar Aliyev Avenue;
9. Baku-Sumgait highway, in the direction of “20 Janvar” circle;
10. Mikayil Mushfig Street, in the direction of school No. 20
11. Neftchilar avenue, in the direction of Azneft circle
12. Rashid Behbudov Street, in the direction of the Central Bank;
13. Congestion is observed from the intersection with Dilara Aliyeva Street, Pushkin Street to the intersection with Rashid Behbudov Street.
