Currently, traffic congestion is observed in 17 streets and avenues of Baku. With reference to the SIA Transport Intelligent Management Center, it provides a list of those roads:
1. Ziya Bunyadov Avenue, in the direction of 20 Janvar Street;
2. Binagadi highway, from “Azadlig Prospekt” metro station in the direction of Binagadi settlement;
3. Tbilisi avenue, in the direction of the center;
4. Koroglu Rahimov Street, in the direction of Akademik Hasan Aliyev Street;
5. Ac. Hasan Aliyev Street, in both directions;
6. Khatai Avenue, in the direction of Heydar Aliyev Avenue;
7. 28 May Street, from the intersection with Pushkin Street to the intersection with Rashid Behbudov Street;
8. on Zarifa Aliyeva Street;
9. Bakikhanov Street, from the intersection with İnşaatçılar Avenue, in the direction of “Dade Gorgud” Park;
10. Yusif Safarov Street, in the direction of the center;
11. Atatürk Avenue, in the direction of Ziya Bunyadov Avenue;
12. Dilara Aliyeva Street, from the intersection with Pushkin Street to the intersection with Rashid Behbudov Street;
13. Bul-Bul avenue, in front of “Sahil” metro station;
14. Niyazi street, in the direction of Azneft circle;
15. Uzeyir Hajibeyli Street, from Javanshir Bridge to the intersection with Azadlig Avenue;
16. Babek Avenue, towards the center;
17. Mikayil Mushfig Street, in the direction of school No. 20;
18. Afiyaddin Jalilov Street, in the direction of Yusif Safarov Street;
19. Samad Vurgun Street, from the intersection with Lev Tolstoy Street, in the direction of Neftchilar Avenue;

21. Congestion is observed in the direction of Baku-Sumgait highway, “20 Janvar” metro station.
