Dresden. Cars constantly stream onto Radeburger Straße in the morning – from the motorway in the direction of Chemnitz and Görlitz, but also from the northern parts of Dresden. More than 19,000 vehicles per day. Two lanes normally lead into the city center. However, one of them has been closed for two weeks. The result: Drivers are sometimes stuck in traffic jams for more than half an hour. It will stay that way for quite some time.
