detikcom’s monitoring at the Cikampek Utama (Cikatama) Toll Gate, Saturday (29/4/2023), at 20.39 WIB, vehicles heading towards Jakarta continued to arrive. Vehicles queuing to tap in e-Toll are occasionally seen at toll gates.

It is estimated that the vehicle can go up to 60 km / hour. To cover a distance of 20 km to Jakarta, a vehicle traveling at this speed takes about 16 minutes.

The majority of passing vehicles are still dominated by private vehicles. Trucks carrying goods and passenger buses can also be seen passing by occasionally.

For information, the police have extended the one-way scheme which has been reopened from KM 414 of the Kalikangkung Toll Gate to KM 72 of the Jakarta Cikampek Toll Road. The move was taken due to an increase in the volume of vehicles.

“This sees an increase in flow from the east for three hours in a row, for one way the plan is to extend it from Km 414 to Km 72,” said the Director of Law Enforcement (Dirgakum) Korlantas Polri, Brigadier General Aan Suhanan when confirmed, Saturday (29/4/2023) ).

Meanwhile, the contraflow scheme is still being implemented starting from Km 72-Km 47 of the Cikampek Toll Road towards Jakarta.
