Vehicles going towards Edatwa, Mavelikara should turn right from Idinjilla and reach Kavum.
Vehicles going from Pathanamthitta Kojancherry towards Changanassery and Kottayam should take a right turn from Manakkachira and take East Muthur-Muttur road.
Vehicles going to Changanassery and Kottayam from Edathva and Mavelikkara side should take a left turn from Kavum side and go through Edinjillam.
Vehicles going to distant places should take a detour through other roads without entering the town.
