The police accepted two to four beers, a 46-year-old Fraunberger admitted one beer after work when he was subjected to a traffic control at around 1 a.m. on Sunday morning. According to the police, a breath alcohol test showed a value of 0.38, which corresponds to about 0.76 per mille in the blood. In any case, the value was too high to drive a car safely. The 46-year-old received a complaint for a traffic offense. For this, at least 500 euros and a month’s driving ban are provided as a fine.
