This morning, after five o’clock, there was a traffic accident in Stříbr at the intersection of Palackého x Soběslavov, which fortunately escaped without injury, but blocked traffic for several hours.
One of the axles of the lorry’s trailer broke off while driving and the trailer ran into it, causing it to partially overturn and release the load of concrete tanks.
On the one hand, the multi-ton tanks completely blocked part of the intersection and also significantly damaged the road.
Police tested the driver of the set, born in 1989, for the presence of alcohol, which came back negative, and are continuing to investigate the accident.
