On Thursday morning, October 12, 2023, a traffic accident occurred on the Friedrichring in Freiburg, in which a 61-year-old woman sustained serious injuries.
For an unknown reason, the woman, who was probably pushing her bicycle, was hit by a tram on the route between Fahnenbergplatz and Europaplatz at around 10:50 a.m. An ambulance took the seriously injured person to a nearby hospital.
The Freiburg traffic police (Tel.: 0761/882-3100) have started the investigation and are looking for witnesses who can provide information about the circumstances of the accident.
