Insurance as we know it is on the verge of extinction, or at least that’s what they tell us every time we come into contact with the concepts of insurtech, digital transformation and online commerce.
These novel concepts, by the way, have been on the market for years; let me express that for a revolution, it comes pretty slow in speed. Or not. Everything depends on how you look at it, but if there is something clear, it is the inexorable trend towards change in the insurance industry.
