Ingredients:
- Potatoes
- sauerkraut
- Flour
- Butter
Preparation:
- Wash the potatoes well, boil them, cool them a little, peel them and mash them with a pestle until the mixture is malleable.
- Put the mass on the table, sprinkle with a little flour and roll out.
- The rolled mass is divided into pieces, stewed sauerkraut is placed inside, forming scones, placed in a baking dish and fried in the oven until lightly browned.
- You can also spread with butter.
