NEW YORK – The well-known supermarket chain Trader Joe’s arrives in Harlem, in this way New York City will now have 12 of these supermarkets, but it will be the first time that it is established in Upper Manhattan.

The same building will also house the new headquarters and conference center of the National Urban Leagueas well as the first civil rights museum in the state of New York, which will be known as Urban Civil Rights Experience Museum.
Trader Joe’s will join Target as an anchor tenant in the building. No opening date has been set at this time.
