Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Ministry of Commerce has appointed the owner of a commercial facility specializing in the sale of food products called “Bandar bin Salman bin Jarallah al-Juhani”, and the responsible seller is a Burmese resident.
He explained that a court ruling has been issued condemning them for violating the anti-commercial fraud system following the possession, display and sale of about 600 food products of unknown origin and expired dates (vegetables, fish, juices and sweets). .
The Ministry has published the judicial sentence issued by the Makkah Al-Mukarramah Criminal Court, which provides for the imposition of a financial penalty, the confiscation and destruction of seized products and the publication of the sentence at the expense of offenders.
