Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Ministry of Commerce declared Abdulaziz Nasser Abdulaziz Al-Mutawa, a Saudi national, National Identity No. (XXXXXX1203) and Muhammad Abdel-Moneim Muhammad Ali, an Egyptian, Resident Identity No. (XXXXXX5280) after a court ruling was issued convicting them of committing the crime of concealment in the contracting sector in Riyadh.
The Ministry seized the citizen’s cover-up of the resident, granting him the authority to engage in building and construction activities for his own account, and to employ 40 workers in the implementation of his projects and direct dealings with establishments and individuals.
Also, material evidence was seized in the possession of the resident confirming his behavior in the institution as the behavior of the owner, in addition to proving an increase in the volume of his financial transactions in a way that does not correspond to his profession as a “general accountant” with a salary of 10 thousand riyals per month, and that he concealed the funds resulting from his illegal activity with the aim of transferring them outside the Kingdom in a form irregular.
The Ministry published the ruling issued by the Criminal Court in Riyadh, which includes the imposition of a financial fine and defamation of violators at their expense, in addition to the consequential penalties prescribed by law, which are closing the facility, liquidating the activity, striking off the commercial register, preventing the practice of commercial activity, collecting zakat, fees and taxes, and removing the concealer from Kingdom and not allow him to return to work.
