Trabzonspor youngster Salih Kavrazli wants to play in Naples in five years

Almost two years ago, Trabzonspor transferred the 17-year-old talent Salih Kavrazli from Altinordu FK on a free transfer in the summer. The transfer made headlines in the Turkish press. Altinordu FK accused Trabzonspor of having committed the youth player without the knowledge of the Izmir club. Nevertheless, the change came about for a training allowance of 600,000 TL (approx. 60,000 euros). However, since he was not of legal age at the time of his move, he was not eligible to play for the 2019/2020 season. In January, the now 19-year-old was loaned to the third division Hekimoglu Trabzon, where he has only made eight appearances (one goal) so far. In an interview with “TRT Spor Dijital” he spoke about his plans for the future, among other things.

Dream of SSC Napoli, Ronaldo as a role model & comparisons with Draxler

The 44-time junior international (twelve goals) revealed that he would like to move to Europe after a successful time at Trabzonspor: “I’ll see myself in Europe in five years. As a first stop, I would like to hire SSC Napoli. After that it would of course be nice if I could make the jump to England. But as I said, my goal is to be under contract with SSC Napoli in five years. ” I grew up watching his videos from a young age. He was the biggest reason why I decided to become a footballer. “But the attacker is apparently not compared to the world star:” I am not attracted to any player because of my style of play. Many say that I am similar to Julian Draxler. There have even been some who have claimed that I play like Zlatan Ibrahimovic on the pitch. But I don’t see it that way at all. “

“Stress makes me sick”

In the further course, the right footer dedicated his words to the difficult time after his move to the Black Sea: “The expectations put me under great pressure. I even got sick because of the pressure. Stress is the enemy for me at all. I get stressed out to live up to expectations. But if I can’t meet expectations, then that sets me back. Unfortunately, I have seen this problem several times. If I had played right from the start, I think I’d have a better position right now. If you don’t play regularly, it sets you back a lot. Workouts are not the same. That’s why I think that young players need more playing time. I want to quickly respond to the affection from our fans. But as I said, the stress consumed me. I hope that they will be a little patient with me. ”Finally, the Agri-born kicker had a funny anecdote that he described as a turning point in his career:“ When I was little, I went to the training camp of the Junior national team invited. I almost missed this camp. They waited for me about half an hour. If they hadn’t waited, I probably wouldn’t have become a footballer. That was probably the turning point in my life. “
