TQMalpha has won the ASEAN CG Scorecard for the year 2021, underscoring its position as an organization with good corporate governance in the ASEAN region.

TQMalpha or TQM Alpha Public Company Limited received the “ASEAN CG Scorecard” award for the year 2021 as a listed Thai company with an average ASEAN valuation score of 97.50 points or above, in the ASEAN Asset Class PLC category. 76 Thai listed companies receiving award Which country received the most awards in ASEAN out of a total of 234 companies in the 2021 ASEAN CG Scorecard (ACGS) announcement. The ASEAN CG Scorecard is a project initiated by the ACMF in 2012 with the support of the SEC in ASEAN to assess the corporate governance of listed companies in 6 ASEAN countries, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. 100 market prices as of May 31 (validated every two years), the national assessment uses criteria developed from the OECD five criteria, assessing publicly available information for listed companies.
