When his ex-partner sought refuge in her room with her young son, he did not persist and fled. “I note a certain possessiveness on the part of the defendant, as if she belonged to him, as if she were his property,” stated the representative of the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
The court found the defendant guilty of the charges against him and sentenced him to 12 months of imprisonment, with six months suspended for a probationary period of two years. The sentence may be subject to modification.
